Mar Estarellas

Mar is a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University whose work bridges neuroscience, phenomenology, and ecology to explore how brain–body dynamics and natural rhythms shape perception, sense of connection, and embodied experience. As a forest therapy guide and facilitator, she cultivates sensory experiences that deepen relational awareness of each other and the living world, through slowing down and intuitive artistic practices.
